Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. In the case of a purchase contract for goods (e.g. the mantrailing DVD or the workbook), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can declare your withdrawal electronically using our withdrawal function .

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

In the case of a purchase contract, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). This generally applies to our courses, group sessions, one-to-one sessions, seminars, workshops and walks, provided they take place on a fixed date or within a fixed period.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have provided the service in full and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have completely fulfilled the contract.

Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 6 BGB).
