Withdraw from a contract electronically

With this form you can withdraw electronically from a contract concluded with us (§ 356a BGB). Fill in the fields and confirm your withdrawal using the button „Confirm withdrawal“. You will then immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal — with the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt. Please keep this confirmation.

For the conditions, deadlines and legal consequences of withdrawal, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities with a fixed date or period; the cancellation rules in our Terms and Conditions continue to apply independently of this.

    The confirmation only documents receipt of your declaration, not its legal validity. You can of course still declare your withdrawal informally by letter, email or telephone.
