How we handle your personal data · Courtesy translation – only the German version is legally binding.
1.1 We are pleased that you are visiting our website and thank you for your interest. Below we inform you about how we handle your personal data when you use our website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.
1.2 The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Ina Ziebler-Eichhorn, Hundezentrum Pfalz, In den Almen 25, 67098 Bad Dürkheim, Germany, phone: +49 171 3843346, email: ina@hundezentrumpfalz.com. The controller responsible for processing personal data is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
2.1 When you use our website purely for information, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to the web server (so-called „server log files“). When you visit our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files subsequently should there be specific indications of unlawful use.
2.2 For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the character string „https://“ and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the server log files mentioned above on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany.
To make visiting our website attractive and to enable certain functions, cookies may be used – small text files that are stored on your device. Some of these cookies are automatically deleted after you close your browser (so-called „session cookies“), while others remain on your device for longer and allow page settings to be saved (so-called „persistent cookies“).
This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for operating the website and for the functions you have expressly requested. In this case, storing information on your device or accessing it is permitted without consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). Personal data is processed in this respect on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of your visit. We do not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies.
You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are set and to decide individually whether to accept them, or to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. Please note that if cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.
For consistent display of fonts, this website uses the typefaces „Montserrat“ and „Allerta Stencil“. These are loaded exclusively locally from our own server. No connection to third-party servers – in particular to Google – is established, and no data is transmitted to third parties.
6.1 Contact and registration form, email and phone
When you contact us (e.g. via our contact form, our registration form, by email or by phone), personal data is collected. The data collected when you use a form can be seen in the respective form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or for contacting you and for the associated technical administration.
The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR is an additional legal basis for processing. Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with. This is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved and provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
6.2 Electronic withdrawal function
Using our withdrawal function pursuant to § 356a BGB, you can withdraw electronically from a contract concluded with us. For this purpose, we process the data you provide (name, details identifying the contract, email address and optional additional information) to receive and process your withdrawal and to send the legally required confirmation of receipt. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The data will be deleted after the retention periods under commercial and tax law have expired.
6.3 WhatsApp Business and other messenger services
You have the option of contacting us via the messaging service WhatsApp of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. For this we use the so-called „Business version“ of WhatsApp.
If you contact us via WhatsApp in connection with a specific transaction, we store and use the mobile number you use on WhatsApp and – if provided – your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to process and respond to your enquiry. If you use our WhatsApp contact for general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing the requested information efficiently and promptly in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Your data is only ever used to respond to your enquiry. It is not passed on to third parties. Please note that WhatsApp Business gains access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and that phone numbers stored in the address book may be transferred to servers of the parent company Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. To operate our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device whose address book only stores the contact details of users who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by WhatsApp, please refer to WhatsApp’s privacy notice: whatsapp.com/legal. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider. For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
To protect our forms against automated entries, we use the plugin „Antispam Bee“. The check is carried out entirely on our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing spam.
For booking our courses, seminars and workshops, we operate a separate booking portal at buchungsportal.hundezentrum-pfalz.de. This website merely contains a link to it – no data is transmitted to the booking portal as long as you do not click the link. The booking portal’s own privacy policy applies to data processing there.
If you expressly give us your consent when registering for a course, we will send you information and offers about further courses and events by email. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us a message using the contact details given at the beginning. After withdrawal, your data will be deleted for this purpose without delay.
We maintain profiles on Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland), YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland) and Instagram (also Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). This website only contains linked icons – no content from these providers is embedded and therefore no data is transmitted as long as you do not click the links.
If you visit one of our profiles, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Please note that the providers store their users’ data (e.g. personal information, IP addresses) and may use it for business purposes. We have no influence on data collection and further processing by the providers. Insofar as data transmitted by you to us via these networks is also or exclusively processed by the respective provider (insights data), we are joint controllers with the provider within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. If you want to prevent the providers from processing personal data you transmit to us, please contact us by other means – for example by email or phone.
For online meetings, video conferences and webinars we use Zoom Video Communications Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, Suite 600, San Jose, CA 95113, USA. The provider processes various data, the scope of which depends on the data you provide before or during participation. This may include in particular your registration data (name, email address, phone number (optional) and password) and session data (topic, participant IP address, device information, description (optional)). In addition, participants’ video and audio contributions and chat entries may be processed.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in conducting meetings effectively. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider. For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This processing takes place outside this website; merely visiting the website does not transmit any data to Zoom.
12.1 Applicable data protection law grants you the following data subject rights (rights of access and intervention) vis-à-vis the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data; for the respective conditions for exercising them, reference is made to the legal basis stated:
The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz), Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.
12.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST AS PART OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE PROCESSING IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR SUCH MARKETING. YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.
The duration of storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and – where relevant – additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).
When personal data is processed on the basis of express consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, the data concerned is stored until you withdraw your consent.
Where statutory retention periods exist for data processed within the framework of legal or quasi-legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, this data is routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided it is no longer required for the performance or initiation of a contract and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it.
When personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, this data is stored until you exercise your right to object pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this policy on specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
As of: 26 July 2026
